"Where's One?" is Russ' first solo album on R.M.I. Records. This album features ten tracks of powerful Electric Jazz and Afro-Cuban influenced music. The backing band includes members from the Miami Sound Machine and some of the top session players on the east coast. This album was released to rave reviews in several major magazines and has received quite a bit of air play on Adult Contemporary Radio.
